Palm Springs Restaurant Information
Rent a Car To Go
Palm Springs restaurant options are limitless. Palm Springs has it all: sunny summers and warm winters offering just about anything you are looking for in a vacation spot. Here you will find modern accommodations, charming inns, art, culture, museums, swinging bars, exciting nightlife, extraordinary food and much more.
Long a culinary wasteland, the desert now supports many trendy if not overly ambitious restaurants. Italian cuisine remains popular, but you can dine at restaurants ranging from Thai to Indian, from seafood to vegetarian, and from classic French to contemporary Californian. You can find Mexican fare everywhere; in fact, in the smaller communities it is most likely the best choice. Dining throughout the region is typically casual. Many restaurants that were traditionally closed in summer are now opening on a limited basis: hours vary, so call in advance in the off season.
Just a warning: There are no restaurants inside Joshua Tree, so remember to bring your own lunch. Here is just a sample of the kind of restaurants you can expect to find in Palm Springs, California.
